    I can’t say much about goat but beside the fact that I have bought multiple items and it turns out that something happens and I end up getting refunded 😞 I hate it because I be waiting for like 2 weeks to find out that I got refunded.( please fix this )

    There are shoes on here that i could never find anywhere else, but i have had issues with late shipping and even being told that the shoes i ordered flat out didnt exist. Overall would recommend but look at other sites too.

    Goat needs to create a chat where you can ask what you want instead of built in questions. I always just have to send an email if I have specific questions. Outside of that I’ve had good experiences with GOAT customer support and have received a lot of shoes in a timely matter. Whenever the price is close I always pick GOAT over their competitors

    I don’t like it because it’s complicated and I cannot find what I’m looking for. I do not like it because that does not make any sense to buy three different piece of clothes and pay three times for the shipping

    I’ve ordered 4 pairs of shoes in the past 3 weeks 4!!! And every. Single. Order. Was. Canceled. I still haven’t received my $450 refund from 3 weeks ago. Or any on the other 3. I can’t stand them anymore. I remember when GOAT was actually good. I don’t know what happened but they need to get back on their grind. 0/10 if I could. I’ll give a real 1 star review if I get at least one refund back by next Monday. But probably won’t. This happened on Christmas too and instead of sending me money back to my original payment method but it took almost 7 weeks for them to even respond to my message about the refund then sent me goat currency. Which I’m fine with but usually when I do it it almost goes into my account immediately not almost 2 months down the road. I should’ve learned from that lesson but my hard head remembered how good they used to be. Foolish me.

    The site is hard to get into and you click on app and it just goes no where and you have to keep going back and forward to find something and the. You order and still have to go back and pay shipping when it should have been done already.
