MoodWell mood tracker enables you to keep a private journal of how different activities and changes in weather effect your mental health. Use this super-simple to use diary to know which activities make you feel your absolute best and which ones might be negatively impacting you. We recommend logging your mood at least once but preferably 2-3 times a day. You should at least log any drastic changes in your mood and factors which make you feel that way. Choose from a list of color coded moods and attach optional positive or negative emotions you might be feeling. Add activities on what you have been up to. Describe the weather if you like. You can also add photos and notes to the logs. MoodWell uses the recorded moods, activities and weather data to present interesting statistics on your mental health. The graphs and calendar show how your mood changes over a period of time. After logging a few times, you will get valuable insights like - which weekdays do you usually feel your best, which ones are the worst, which months of the year are your best and worst, which activities you do more often when you feel good and which ones make you feel not too good. Are you usually in a worse mood when it's cold and gloomy outside? Are you more energetic when it's sunny? The color coded Year in Pixels chart shows you how you have felt on every single day throughout the year similar to an old school diary. These insights will help you understand your mental health better. You can also use the search function to look for specific items - hastags can be used to make the search super powerful. For example: #n will search for all logs with notes #p will search for all logs with photos #awful will search for all logs with awful mood #exercise will search for all days when you worked out #sunny will search for all days when it was sunny MoodWell comes with: - No ads, No subscriptions and No analytics - data stays on your device privately - biometric (TouchID or FaceID) authentication to make your app private so only you can unlock it - ability to create custom activities, emotions, weather tags and rename and remove existing ones (PRO feature) - attach photos - attach notes - daily, weekly, monthly and yearly charts - reminders to never forgot to log - exporting to both CSV and JSON.     So many apps donā€™t allow for the customization that this one does and that makes them just not work well if youā€™re trying to really track and make it personal and meaningful. This one is perfect! I was able to completely change the ā€œwhatā€™s the weatherā€ section to a list of things I can do to soothe or evaluate my thoughts, which was PERFECT for me! Tracking has brought awareness of my emotions, helped me see whatā€™s causing them and having a list of things to do to soothe myself has made me a happier and healthier person who feels much safer in this crazy world! Thank you!! And I love the simple, clean and colorful design as well as all the insights from the many graphs! Just wish there was an app for my watch too so I could use it even more!

    Best mood tracker Iā€™ve found. Really easy to use, and I love that I can look at the chart and notice my high or low days and click them to see the notes, etc. itā€™s a great way to look for triggers and trends. My only complaint is I wish I could change the names of the 5 moods. Iā€™m tracking for bipolar and Iā€™m using ā€œgreatā€ to represent mania. Not really a huge problem but it would be nice.

    I downloaded so many apps trying to find one that would work. This one is the best!!!! So user friendly, simple to use from the home screen, and all the graphs are amazing. I wish it could connect to my watch sometimes, but I usually have my phone so itā€™s not a big deal. Truly my favorite mental health app!!!!

    If we could add one category of our own that we want to keep track of, this would be a perfect App. For example, ā€œBodyā€ or ā€œHealthā€ since mind, mood and health work so closely together. I still love it though and hope to see that addition in the future.

    There are so many mood apps Iā€™ve tried and all of them sucked. This app has everything I ever wanted in a mood/journal app. Overall an amazing app, and no subscriptions. Only one time pay for only $3. Very nice. šŸ‘šŸ»

    Itā€™s simple, nice and private. Thereā€™s a one time fee but itā€™s worth it. I had a problem where I was charged twice. It had nothing to do with the Developer, It was a Bank error. Pran is a responsive developer who follows up with any questions you may have. I added another app to my phone that he developed. Thank you Pran! Apologies for the ā€œBankā€ mishap SMH šŸ¤¦šŸ»ā€ā™€ļø

    The app is an easy-to-use mood tracker. What I like is the choices are customizable and they are simple lists of words. Easy to read and use. They don't bother with fancy icons which don't always make sense. There is also a notes section which I use a lot. I enter medication changes here too. Maybe a medication tracker would be helpful but then it might get too cluttered. I don't need it personally. Pran is very helpful. Available to suggestion via email. That makes this app even more powerful. It is very much worth the small cost.
