  • App always says server error

    The app always says server error and will never open. I have deleted the app and reinstalled. I have changed the network that I’m trying to use when opening the app. I’ve searched online for other people with the issue but didn’t see any way to resolve it. When I click on the link for support within the App Store, it tells me that webpage does not exist. I really want to like this app, but I cannot get it to open so that I can even connect to my printer to use it.

    The link to update the firmware is not working when you try to click on it since the recent update 1 day ago. Without a firmware update, my printer is unusable.

    She print’s wonderfully but my first sprocket from years ago was better made and more long lasting. She needs a redesign on the case top to attach and lock down better

    i love my sprocket 200, but i couldnt seem to connect it to bluetooth..it worked fine yesterday but not it is not. i restarted it and it will not show up on bluetooth….please help me, i am not a tech person

    I have to make sure and delete my print cute in the settings menu after every print, be caused if you dont, it reprints the same print you just printed over and over again. Waisted a whole 20 pack before figuring out the app. Really needs better print cue updating but other than that it works perfectly fine. Was able to print out a small grocery list and it gave me the perfect default orientation and every. Cant print super teeny but good enough for a 2x3. Love it so much because of how reliable, rechargeable, and convenient it is that im now buying the bigger one for more grocery lists and shipping labels. Makes my life easier, bo ink and the printer papers are cheaper for me.

    The app shows that it does not collect data, however upon opening the app it informs you it VERY MUCH collects any and all data it can.
