I love using the app. I don’t love having to buy info for every lake in the U.S. when I only boat on one. How about at least separate it into regions and lower the cost?

Good app but missing some small but useful things. For example: you cannot use colors for planning routes. Import from caltopo is a nightmare, I had to install a personal http server.

I’ve used and paid for a few of these as replacements for a full on boat navigation system and this one is without a doubt, the best! We run lake and rivers in Arkansas, Missouri and western Tennessee. Most of these phone based apps just don’t have the information as this one. Depth, route tracking, all great features. I will say there’s a learning curve. Not as intuitive as some others but the data and accuracy is well worth the learning curve. Just make sure to save your tracks when you find that perfect spot because it’s a manual feature. It has been very handy to have an alarm for anchor dragging. Not always can you visually tell, even on smaller lakes.

Excellent lake depth maps with HD detail. GPS worked great on our last trip to Lanier. Clearly showed where we were and where we were headed on the map. All nav aids, fish structure etc were clearly marked on the map with respect to our current location.

The app looks awesome - contours and color shading are fantastic. Dropping waypoints are great as well. Unfortunately I had trouble with the offline mode. Had the appropriate map tile saved for a trip in Northern Minnesota but the GPS kept disconnecting and then referencing my location compared to all the water features I was interested in became irrelevant. It was a huge bummer. I know it wasn’t a problem with my phones GPS function because it worked in onX Fish. Contours are way less detailed in that app though. Another guy I was with had the same issue with his GPS location not staying connected to this app.

We have used this app for years. Even with paid services I keep getting error that I need to upgrade. Now I have been charged twice and the maps won’t upgrade. Nightmare.

Purchased a map a few years ago and now says I don’t have any maps. Don’t bother

Totally awesome App. Set a course (original and destination) and follow the path. Took all the worry out of boating in unfamiliar waters.

Customer service replies quickly until I ask about why some lakes hardly have any detail compared to others that had a lot of detail on the free version but after I pay for a year I lost the majority of the lakes I fish most of the time. Probably won’t renew it next year.
