    If I could give the entire Booking.com hosting platform negative stars I would not hesitate!! They send you through sub-menu after sub-menu followed by login after login with a two-step verification in the process might I add. Once you reach what you thought you may have needed, you have to go through an entirely different website or another process. Furthermore, reaching out to, customer service is also a nightmare. I absolutely DO NOT recommend anyone this app or this platform for hosting, please stick to Airbnb and Vrbo for ease of use. Fortunately, for them on the guest end of things is where they shine.

    I use air bnb for my properties. Booking.com has too many portals to try and get things done. Changing your pricing is confusing and more difficult than it needs to be, adding cleaning fees a nightmare and confusing as heck to do, I have properties in different countries but no option to at my US bank info. Way too much going on that makes it extremely non user friendly. I’ve never had to use a computer to manage my properties on air bnb I shouldn’t have to for this. Not to mention no access to customer service to resolve issues. Many thing I been trying to do I can’t get help easily or at all. Definitely rating booking.com a thumbs down vs their competitors
  • Annoying after update

    After the most recent update, August 2024, the app blocks every action with a privacy and cookie statement acceptance popup. Highly annoying. Don’t send out an update if it doesn’t improve the app - if it ain’t broken, don’t fix it!

    Avoid the headache with this travel vendor. The inability to make the app simple and user friendly is astounding. It took me fooooooorreweeevvvvveeerrrr just to figure out that PULSE is the app you should download for listing a property. Super unclear directions.. waaay too many options (wants to you set up multiple rate plans). Now I have a customer that would like to ask some simple questions before booking and they cannot. They are putting messages in the booking request to which I can only accept or decline. I cannot message back! If you have a hotel then consider booking.com if not then save yourself and potential customers a ton of time and avoid this app!!

    I used Booking.com for my house as a host but however this app charges more out of your income than the other travel sites but also is not very convenient or easy to navigate. If you have any issues or need to contact customer service, consider it impossible. I could never reach anybody about being paid properly since my guest wanted to stay an extra night but I approved their request. It never updated my calendars, won’t let me change the travel dates when the articles told me that’s what I could do, never updated my payout for booking. Deleted app as soon as my guest left and will not ever use again

    If you are a victim of Booking.com deceptive practices of making bugs and glitches in the app to limit the user of ways of charging the card directly and push the hotels to use booking.com payment system, make sure you sue them ! The app is unbelievable buggy and unstable
  • Lack of verification options

    The limitation of the app is that there is no option to verify the app by other means for those who have no cell signal. The advantage of the app is it provides an alternative two step verification method for other devices for those who have no cell signal!!!
