I’m a hospice nurse and my company doesn’t supply me with a phone. I’ve used this app in the past and it did not require the texting registration. I don’t have a EIN to use. Just scammed out of an annual subscription. Because I tried to cancel as soon as I noticed the texting registration requirement…within hours, and will NOT be refunded my money.

I am a therapist and was hoping to use this app with clients. I was unable to set up texting because you need EIN number? Wtffff this should be a disclosure upon signing up. You can’t get ahold of anyone, there’s no number, just email support from AI. They don’t offer refunds either. 0 stars
Careful choosing this as your business line option

A lot of IT disconnected from your needs as a business. While it has all the HIPPA requirements etc There are lots of issues with this service and interface and customer service when something goes wrong. I’ve used them for going on a few years now. But they pay a third party for the phone service connectivity and have no recourse for your paid subscription when if something goes wrong. It’s like a side project for guys in Silicon Valley who manage it on the side. Of all my subscriptions and services there’s no service I pay for that doesn’t have control over my paid annual billing if something goes wrong. You will go thru a lot to establish a business number and register it through them.. there are weird protocols and settings to make sure your business calls aren’t getting sent to your personal voicemail and in my case , once in three years of service I happened to be around family and toddlers and my phone temporarily didn’t have lock controls on it and the app allows someone to come in and press DELETE ON YOUR PHONE REGISTRATION AND YOUR ENTIRE ACCOUNT. No double security, no requirement to go sign in from a laptop and poof it’s gone .. all the in app business contacts I saved as I got new clients, gone. 4 months into my paid year subscription and because you can delete your entire business from the app interface.. and a child got hold of my phone, my business line has been down for two weeks at the time of this review. I explained quite simply the issue I an email and that took days of them asking me to sign in and change a password and when someone finally called me they actually took the 2 mins it took to understand the issue and reset it no problem … except they can’t reinstate your paid subscription.. I’m required to repay $20 for registration of the phone number and pay a full years subscription being only 4 months in to my third year. I’ve likely lost the entire history of in app business contacts I put in one at a time and now while they’ve agreed to work with me I’m apparently having to buy an entire year and trust they will prorate me back and pay the $20 reregistration fee and lose all my work of defining business contacts in the app rather than any simple solution to honor what I’ve paid and restart my remaining months paid for and recover my number. Think twice and thrice before you choose this service for your small business needs is all I can say

It is only good for making and receiving calls. Have to jump through hoops to be able to text. Worst is there is no one to speak to for questions. Very frustrating. Cancelling my account.

This is a predatory company that’s sold work is to leave their products without updates, collect data, and to add fees at every angle they can. Leverage you to buy months of service and minutes that will not work. Customer set is an email agent that you are not confident is a person and then don’t worry, did you port your number in? Well you’ll pay to leave them also.
I’ve been a customer for over 5 years and still, zero loyalty on their end. Pleas, PELASE, do not use their business. They have given up on it - you should to before you pay to play and pay to leave.

Signed in , payed 15+USD including taxes- when revising ,saw this offer to change Login Id- the second i tried (as per the recommendation) my account got blocked and have tried multiple attempts to contact em , no response- Very poor of service-

It's a scam, they make you pay for a call and message plan but then you have to go through another process to send messages where they charge you extra. Not Recommended!!
