There’s no customer support. You email and it takes weeks before someone replies & tells you uninstall & reinstall, which of course doesn’t solve the issue. The app stated I would have the plan for a full year before limits were enforced due to plans changing. Instead a few weeks later I was informed I was over my limits. I went ahead and purchased Plus but the app shows my plan as both Plus & Basic and states I’m over the limit on Basic and not using the Plus. My photos don’t show in the app & a video takes days to appear on my frame. I have the frame set on shuffle, but it only shows maybe 20 photos instead of all of them. I emailed support back to let them know that uninstalling the app didn’t work and when they finally got around to replying, they stated “glad your concern has been resolved”. We were given the frame as a gift & I have let everyone know do NOT buy this! Currently looking into purchasing a different photo frame because this is horrible.

I bought this frame BECAUSE there were no additional fees to upload content. Not that has changed and I feel I should either be grandfathered into the way it was or I should be given the option to be refunded the price of my frame. Zero Stars Nixplay.

After purchasing multiple frames for many of our family members, we were stunned by the significant changes to the terms and conditions which require that we pay substantial fees to store and view photos on the not inexpensive devices that we purchased.

What is going on with the new subscription rates? Free subscription has been reduced to a measly 500mb? Maximum photo size 3mb. My frame has become a paperweight. These prices are not even closely aligned with other frames. I’m not going to spend my money on this.

They don’t care

Purchased several frames before mandatory subscription or 500mb of image storage. Bait and switch scam. DO NOT BUY

Supported this company for years. Bought a product and all of a sudden my family (including elders and grandparents) need to pay a subscription to access content. Do not agree to terms and conditions, or else it mentions not suing them for this. What they’ve done is illegal by many bait and switch laws. Save yourself and you loved ones from a money grab scam. I won’t be surprised if this company goes belly up from not supporting previous loyal customers.

The frame works well and connects albums well between users, but requires a paid subscription to add any reasonable quantity of photos. I recommend you look for a different frame to connect family together.

I’ve had my frame for over 10 years. When I bought it there were monthly fees. Now suddenly they want to charge you to use your own frame. Those who already had frames should be grandfathered in and should not have to pay any fees. As we bought the frame with the understanding that uploading our photos on it was free. What a scam this company has turned out to be. Very disappointing!!
