I downloaded the app created in account paid for a membership and the next day before I even get to talk to anybody on there I get logged out and when I try to login it won’t let me tried reaching out to the customer service team never heard back

Not good anymore

Filters do not work, the creators do not even gaf on working this app out even though so many people are complaining so much about this app recently. So before this app was great, but later once it was updated this is horrible.

I purchased the diamond monthly subscription a couple of days ago and the subscription NEVER worked on my account. I reached out multiple times to “support” and they never responded and the issue still isn’t resolved. This is absolutely unacceptable, poor communication and lack of urgency is a joke.

New update is absolutely terrible. It tells me within minutes everyday that I’m out of profiles to see whereas before it would always show me profiles from all over the world and mind you I can set preferences to look for a wife from my background in set around other countries and it doesn’t even do that anymore. What a waste

My range is set to 20 miles and it keeps showing me women 200+ miles away. Muslims beware, the app will tell you to trust Allah’s plan, they’re just feeding on our faith.

What is the point of buying gold/platinum/whatever if the filters you get with the subscription don’t even work?
