    Oh, wow! What an incredible “smart” parking app—except for the part where it can’t even handle the basic task of letting me type in my current city. I mean, who needs that feature, right? Why would I want to tell the app where I am? I just love how it assumes I’m a mind reader and know exactly how to make it work. The app’s intelligence must be on another level—one where the user is expected to guess what to do. Truly groundbreaking stuff. If I were looking for frustration, I’d give this app five stars. But if I’m looking for a functional parking app, this one gets a solid zero.

    I tried to use this app in Banff and Canmore, Canada (both cities say to use it), but opening the app and logging in, it only shows 5 USA cities with no way to enter any other US or Canadian cities. So the app is worthless. And if you try to log into the web app, it crashes with “The requested anti-forgery form field is not present” (I’ve tried many times). Only way to actually pay for parking through the Blinkay system is to use the web app as a guest, in which case you have to reenter your credit card information every time you make a payment. How did they ever manage to sell their services to any city?! This app is the worst parking app I’ve ever used, and I’ve used many.

    They must have stopped updating it a while ago because it doesn’t do its most basic tasks.

    The app does not allow for changing countries. I was already registered in USA and now in Canada. I had to use a different email. Then the app had an e we error and then the app crashed. It was a very unpleasant experience. Frustrating. I also tried to change password and kept receiving error. IT is sad this is the only way to pay parking. If I could give you a-1 I would.

    When vacationing in Canmore, Canada, we had no choice but to use the Blinkay app if we wanted to park anywhere downtown. There is no way to verify if your payment went through, and we reached a recording when we called the customer service number to check. Instead, we received an email, which when I responded to, gave me a link to check with a Canadian government website. I’d give zero stars if I could. The worst! Don’t use Blinkay!!

    I wanted to go to Wingaersheek Beach but I can only do that with this app and the app will not allow me to create an account. This app is terrible. Hope Gloucester rethinks this. Very sad.
