It is absolutely insane the hoops you need to jump through to “free up storage” which is unavailable in app? You have to go to a browser to manage storage. There’s no “select all” 0/10 UX & UI design, 2 thumbs down, boo.

Actual human that got the answers to your robot test correct, but it said I always got one wrong. After about 50 tests, I’m done. I thought I’d try using outlook more, but I’m good.

Been using it for years in the Army and even more since I retired. Works great.
  • It works, for the most part.

It’s simple, my work email was easily integrated. There is just one function that I use that no longer works and it’s the swiping left and right to either delete or move mail. In settings it’s set to delete or move mail, but left and right swipes both will delete my mail. I’ve reached out to outlook with no help.
  • Won’t autofill emails

I’m on an iPhone 13 but no version of outlook on my iPhone will auto fill an email if I just create a new email and then tap in an address it will not auto fill. I have to type the complete address in. But it’s the same email account on my computer and it auto fills thousands of email address. So please fix this or I have to go to Thunderbird.

UPDATED: Well, I’m back with Outlook after Apple’s mail update silliness. Apple’s looks like a toy for children. With Outlook I like the ability to have a simple clean inbox. So far, I have one issue, the New Mail banner at the bottom. All we need is a button on the bar at this top or bottom of the screen. The banner takes up to much space and look out of place and silly. 2025.02.02- how do I turn off the read more functionality and see all of a long email. READ MORE is a stupid function and a waste of time.

Not a fan of how the inbox populates on the app. I guess it’s sorting it in the conversation format but don’t know how to turn it off.
