I downloaded this but it won’t update my keyboard is still the same… can someone help?

I got this app cause my keyboard was just so boring!! So I got this and it literally DOSEN’T EVEN GO TO THE KEYBOARD!!! What a waste of time. 😡 1 / 5

I mean, it's ok, but needs updating. like how it wont fully fit the screen.

I really like what the app shows, especially the variety of keyboard sounds but I can’t use it because it doesn’t allow the purchase of the pro version Customer service is unreachable making it even harder to purchase

I DIDN'T CHOOSE A CHOCKBOARD AND IT’S HARD TO TYPE ON GOOD THING IT’S FREE RIGHT NOW BECAUSE I WILL DELETE IT. PLUS IT DOSEN’T MAKE A SOUND AT ALL SO IMMA END UP USING MY NORMAL IPAD KEYBOARD FOREVER GOODBYE WELL UNTIL I GET A REAL KEYBOARD BUT FOR NOW IPAD!

How am I supposed to add it when the tutorial doesnt even load bruh

The other apps I’ve seen advertised seem to be easier to use and cheaper all around

So just some quick words of advice… if you’re going to advertise or promote rather, an app., or an extension to an app and claim that it is free to gain more attraction and more downloads and happy customers and so fourth… you Just might want to follow through with the whole “it being completely free…” advertisement. Because you can’t just say that and then have tons of features that are locked and have to be purchased, yet again, where customers are trapped in to another overly priced and hardly worth the money, subscription, because that’s not only false advertising but all around poor ethics if you ask me. And a total disappointment and deal breaker for me to be quite honest with you. Not to mention the very very limited number of themes and choices of fonts and backgrounds available definitely do not fit the description you have in the listing if “the biggest assortment!” Or whatever it is you claim. Because it’s not. This is very disappointing and I will be unsubscribing. I don’t know how you can honestly ask people to subscribe and pay $59.00 for a year long subscription to such a poorly designed app. I’m sorry for the harsh review, but I’m not sorry. It’s the truth. There is much improvement needed. Good luck.
