    Yelp is the worst review platform ever created for businesses. It’s not pro business, it’s pro customer. And unfortunately the customer is not always right.

    I can prove 110% that these reviews are false, lies made up to intentionally harm my business and I have plenty of proof of that and I WILL BE CONTACTING OUR LAWYER ABOUT THIS

    I just want to start of I am a very fair minded person. I’m puting this on here because this needs to not happen to anyone else At the beginning, our conversation was going good. Was trying to ask for accommodations to my budget And she ended up not working with me. So then I said, can you just keep my budget the same and make sure it’s no more then $600 a month at most! and she said well I feel like I know what’s better I’ve been With yelp for a few years, so I know what I’m doing I got frustrated when she said what will do is will put your budget at 450 this month but you’re still gonna get charged for what you already paid for this month and then I said OK can I have the exact amount so I know what I wanna do She said I can’t give you the exact amount. I know it’s gonna work best with you. As any Business Owner would They would feel very uncertain with that comment and based on yelps reputation with most respect with other bad reviews, I have seen and that I’ve had in the past it made it seem like she was trying to upsell me, especially from Customer service rubed me the wrong way. I literally asked again before I canceled. Keep my budget at $600 no more than that and she said no I know what’s best with you. That’s not gonna work Me in my head thinking that is so unprofessional from customer service I Thought that was ridiculous as the business Owner I know exactly what I want To spend a month, what’s profitable on my end and what will keep us in business because I’ve been doing this for seven years I guess the story is she is very controlling and she thinks she knows what’s best but the reality is she is customer service… She should be helping me out as the business owner sure customer service can give their two cents and their knowledge, but not to the fact where they’re gonna argue with you, which makes them in the wrong because it is customer service is Job to help you out . Yelp lost my business because of this.

    They don’t answer phone calls when you’re trying to manage your business page on yelp business. They will also remove your reviews when u get them so don’t use yelp business of marketing

    They don’t help at all, they don’t have any acknowledgement of what small businesses owners need. My store is based on membership, I have two bad reviews from who knows who they are, have never been a member, they are not in the system and Yelp recommends those reviews. We also have many members who gave us a great reviews and Yelp don’t recommended them, even though I told them I will give the proof but they said that they are not allowed to do anything about that😳 so I told them to delete my page them and they also are not allow to do it. They are really bad , horrendous service
