    It all makes sense now while you’re rates and reviews are low. This is disgusting. I had someone breaking into my house and my security camera. I can’t even log into it the system it’s just disgusting. I don’t recommend this for anyone and laview ❗️❗️❗️i don’t care if you banned me. I have legal representation.❗️❗️❗️❗️

    Since my device was upgraded to iOS 17 version the app does not work as expected. I can sign in into P2P but the device never loads, the app stays loading (with the spinning animation) and never shows my NVR or cameras. So, basically the app is useless. My guess is that it needs to be rebuilt with the updated libraries for the new iOS version. The developer needs to handle this and test it properly so the end users can keep using their devices. The end game can be users get mad by the frustration and decide the replace all equipment and stop using “laview” completely.

    The cameras seem to work just fine but now the app doesn’t load or let us log in anymore. It looks like 4 years since any update and when we removed the app and redownloaded it nothing was solved.

    Worst app and worst company. Only way to get in contact with them is via email. Don’t waste your money on this system.

    The App does not work well. Cameras have good photo quality the problem being they don’t always work. Disappointed and will be needing to purchase another camera brand.
  • Stopped Working

    Suddenly stopped loading cams. Error most likely in App. Cameras are viewable via Smart TV, but app no longer loading cameras. Last App upgrade 4 years ago, not likely that they are going to update their apps any longer. Seems all LaView apps are out of date and have no app support what-so-ever. Probably will switch back to ring, where they have no issues in keeping up to date.

    The app only works some of the time. The cameras work fine, but the app requires you to login so often and doesn’t show the cameras half the time. The android version of this app works a lot better.
