This app is the worst. I wanted the $9 dollar deal and it automatically changed into the most expensive one. I tried to asked for a refund, but they denied it to me. I was saving that money for a bill I had to pay. This app is not worth it!!!!

Absolute scam. Doesn’t work how it is supposed to. Won’t allow you to cancel subscription nor delete account! Horrible business model.

It literally will not let me cancel my subscription it keeps saying failed everytime I try and it charges my card all the time

Not helpful at all not worth the $25 a month and turning off reoccurring bills doesn’t stop them from charging your card for another subscription.

It would be a good idea to download this app to help me with my homework, but no it's the complete opposite. Every time I try to look for an answer it's like I have to pay for a plan. Please find another way so that other people like me can find answers and not have to pay for it.

it’s silly that with a premium plan you get a number of times you can unlock answers but if cancel the plan and don’t use the “unlock coins” instead of saving they just completely wipe them

Trying to get password reset email it kicked me out, and send me a password reset email

Waste of money the answer aren’t even right

Paid $100 for a premiere membership only to find out you still are limited and don’t get full access to all information. Additionally many questions are not answered correctly or you have to scroll through whole reports trying to find the one question you asked about. This leaves me feeling like I wasted money. Would not recommend.

I want to cancel my subscription but for some reason the manage subscription tap won’t work because it’s bugged, all the other taps are available on the app just not that one.
