Your account creation form is broken. ‘Something went wrong’’ when trying to start an account from the app. Issues with free trial as well, maybe correlative

When I open the app, I’m told I’ve been logged out. When I’m prompted to sign in, a pop-up appears directing me to the website for authentication and then disappears without allowing me to sign in. So I’m logged out permanently and can’t use the app. I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling - please fix this bc it makes the app unusable and this is a paid subscription

What I like most about this app, and there are many, is the broad courses. There’s so much to learn it’s truly amazing.
I’ve been using the ai courses the most though and it’s been great so far. Maybe I might try social media courses later too. Most importantly I think this is fun to watch and do.
If you value doing better you should get it!
Scam, terrible customer service

They robbed me. I have tried to cancel within hours of a full year payment and they refuse. They still charge a card I never gave them (I bought it to my girlfriend 3 years ago) and have had multiple new debit cards since then. They refuse to tell me how they are able to find my new card number and charge it automatically, directly against my stated wishes. There is no customer service phone number, scam scam scam. I LOVE Coursera, people should go there instead. I will continue to 1 star review and warn people about this company as much as I can until they learn to respect privacy and have responsive customer service.

Absolutely love this platform for so many aspects of my life. The way the platform is laid out, and the course frameworks are easy to understand, navigate, enjoy and get better at so many various aspects of life, both creatively and professionally. Highly recommend this platform and for the money I think it simply can’t be beat.
