  • Layer limit :(

I actually adore this app! It could use some things like accounts so you don't need to buy it for different devices multiple times, iirc that's been a problem I've seen people talk about! But my main issue is the layer limit! I like drawing big for smoother detailing, but I use lots of layers in my works! Issue is, I've been working on a character ref and the max I'm able to have after shrinking it a bit while maintaining as much quality as I could, is 10. I've had to combine coloring and outline layers multiple times :( and this is only the characters BASE outfit! I wish you could manually change the layer limit and just suffer the consequences of your actions and bot be forcibly limited by an app you have to pay for

Hi if u are confused about how to use procreate I’m here to help and please help get procreate fashion and just write a review about #ProcreateFashion 💄💋👠👝💍 Undo and Redo: To undo an action, simply double-tap with two fingers anywhere on the canvas. To redo an action, tap with three fingers. Brushes: Procreate offers a variety of brushes to choose from. To select a brush, tap on the brush icon in the top right corner and select the brush you want to use. You can also customize your brushes by tapping on them and adjusting the settings. Layers: Layers allow you to work on different parts of your artwork separately. To add a new layer, tap on the layers icon (two squares) in the top right corner and then tap the + button. You can also rearrange, merge, or delete layers from this menu. Color Picker: To choose a color, tap on the circle in the top right corner. This will open the color picker where you can choose any color you want. You can also save colors for later use by dragging them into the palette at the bottom. Smudge Tool: The smudge tool allows you to blend colors together. To use it, tap on the finger icon in the top right corner and then swipe on the canvas where you want to blend colors. Eraser: To erase, tap on the eraser icon in the top right corner and then swipe on the canvas where you want to erase. The eraser will use the same brush as the one you're currently using for drawing. Selection Tool: The selection tool allows you to select a specific area of your artwork. To use it, tap on the S-shaped icon in the top left corner and then draw around the area you want to select. Once an area is selected, you can move, resize, or transform it. Transform Tool: The transform tool allows you to move, scale, or rotate your artwork or a selected area. To use it, tap on the arrow icon in the top left corner and then use the handles to transform your artwork. Here is some more Adjustment Tools: These tools allow you to apply effects to your artwork. To access them, tap on the magic wand icon in the top left corner. You'll see options like Opacity, Gaussian Blur, Motion Blur, Perspective Blur, Sharpen, Noise, Hue, Saturation, Brightness, Color Balance, and more. Simply select the effect you want to apply and adjust the settings as needed. Alpha Lock: This feature allows you to only paint on the existing artwork in a layer, not the transparent areas. To use it, swipe right with two fingers on the layer you want to lock. The layer thumbnail will show a checkerboard pattern, indicating that Alpha Lock is enabled. QuickMenu: This is a customizable menu that gives you quick access to your most-used actions. To access it, tap and hold on the canvas with one finger. To customize it, go to Actions (the wrench icon) > Prefs > Gesture controls > QuickMenu. Guides: Procreate offers several types of guides to help you create precise artwork. To access them, go to Actions > Canvas > Drawing Guide. You can choose from 2D Grid, Isometric, Perspective, and Symmetry guides. Animation Assist: This feature allows you to create simple animations. To access it, go to Actions > Canvas > Animation Assist. Each layer or group of layers will act as a frame in your animation. Streamline: This feature smooths out your strokes, making your lines look more polished. To use it, select a brush and then adjust the Streamline setting in the brush settings. ColorDrop: This feature allows you to fill an area with color quickly. To use it, simply drag the color from the color picker onto the area you want to fill. Reference Layer: This feature allows you to use one layer as a reference for color drops on other layers. To use it, tap on a layer thumbnail to open the layer options and then select "Reference". Remember, the best way to get comfortable with Procreate is to experiment and practice. Don't be afraid to try out different tools and features to see what works best for you. Happy creating! and please help get procreate fashion and just write a review about #ProcreateFashion 💄💋👠👝💍

I like it. It’s good. But why does it not show up in search when I search my phone for it on the SEARCH PAGE ON MY PHONE? I have a lot of apps. So sometimes it’s easier to type the app name in search to find it. Every time I want to use it I have to go to the App Store and even then it won’t find POCKET unless I type “procreate pocket”. Although I know the app is part of the pro create family. It is clearly labeled pocket underneath the app icon. I’m just bringing this up to make you aware of it. Do something about it or don’t. It just seems kind of lame… Good app Bad search feature
  • Very cool app but I have a suggestion

If you are getting into digital art this app is a NO BRAINER. I have used it for a while now and there are tons of different features that make it awesome. The only thing that I “don’t” like is how hard it is to color pick a reference, it is just a bit hard to master for me. But it is tolerable. An addition that I WOULD LOVE TO SEE is an option for a color palette while having a reference. Or the ability to have 2 references at once. It would also be cool to zoom in on references. But while the app is great and these are just suggestions, it would make being able to animate, or just having a color palette ready, so much easier for me and many other artists.
  • Love it - But I have an issue

Absolutely love the app! It’s easy and accessible, and MOSTLY like procreate that you can get on an iPad. Although, I have an issue with missing literal toggles. I tried looking through the support for procreate pocket, of which told me I would have access to gesture controls and perspective, as well as drawing assist. They are not under preferences, nor canvas like I was told they would be. Google has told me it was a bug, but I’ve deleted and redownloaded the app twice and yet there was no change. Is there a way I can fix this or will I be stuck with never being able to use these toggles?
