Why is this app, why I pay so much money for, now impossible to access due to a mandatory 2 factor authentication process that does not work any way you try it.

I am connecting to professionals in my niche. I feel fortunate to have LinkedIn Sales Navigator as a tool to help me grow.

I did a “trial” of the basic $79.99 Sales Navigator. I liked it. But they automatically charged me for the premium version at $119.99 with no warning. I’m done and will probably have a hard time getting refunded. Disappointed to say the least

Often inoperable on iOS - can’t send InMail, messages, and notifications fail to clear or erroneously pop up. LinkedIn has acknowledged the problem and issues fixes but they are short-lived

I don’t understand why there’s no black mode

I didn't think the functionality on LinkedIn or even the poor user interface that fails to provide a simple spellcheck in case you have a fat finger moment, or the bouncing screen when attempting to edit the fat finger moment in your post. They've made all of these changes wanting $99 a month it's so not worth it! I just want my LinkedIn account to revert back before I agreed to give their "upgrades" a test drive for $99 a month! ☹️
