This app is great, but many features rely on user participation, such as subscriptions and spot reporting. My main reason for downloading it was the street cleaning calendar and reminders. While it does provide street cleaning dates, it would be much more useful to have a calendar that clearly shows upcoming cleanings—rather than just indicating the 1st and 3rd weeks. Since the start of the month can affect how the weeks fall, a more precise schedule would be helpful. $34/yr is still better than $108 a week possibly for tickets. We just need reminders and a calendar that marks the dates like some of the other free options

Saves me so much time in a certain big city. Can’t believe it when I snag a spot first try in a neighborhood where I had no idea what the parking restrictions were. Thank you!

I used this to try to find parking in downtown Seattle. I followed the directions into a dark alley between old buildings with no exit….. definitely not the $7/hour parking lot I was told it was. I do not wish to be led to anymore dark alleys. Disappointed that gas station prices are reliant on users to post current prices. Not helpful. Only plus is that it has a free trial period. Subscription cancelled.

I use this app every day in Brooklyn to help me check safe places to park! Especially helpful for remembering when street sweeping is.

Road was closed causing me to be unable to utilize the parking destination. Spot angels refused to give me a refund and gave zero explanation. EXTREMELY unhappy with customer service.

I have really liked this app and found it accurate in the past but this time I trusted it, and woke up to a $97 ticket. The sign does not match the street cleaning date listed on the app in this area.

My only issue is that we cannot hook this up to our alarm app and make an alarm for a reminder in tandem with the notifications on this app to make sure that we are awake to check our car

This company doesn’t vet anything. Lots that are monthly parking only are labeled as hourly. It lists private parking lots as if they’re viable places to park - for example, a car dealership’s lot. You can’t just park there without being towed if you’re not a customer. Baffled by how this app has such a high rating. You’re better off just googling “parking.”

I booked for pre paid parking and the company locked my car into the garage. I was told the garage closed at 7:30pm but i was able to book till 11:30pm. The company didn’t even know about my booking it didn’t even register in their system. Spot angels needs to do a better job at communicating with the company to validate the times they are open so people like me don’t run into the same issue. Especially in atl where it’s the scam city make sure you validate all information given by the company.

No special deal! Same price as all parking lots around in Washington DC. Reserved cheapest on app and parked half mile away… walking past all the ones closer with same price listed on parking lot. Then when I went to leave the “automated” as in—no ATTENDANT parking lot I spent 30 minutes on customer support to get the reservation QR code before I realized there was no such code and had to pay AGAIN! Customer support just informed me that they will NOT refund.
