I have a score with three parts, and it plays them individually as though the are separate lines.

You can’t even use the app without signing up for a subscription. And yes, it gives you a trial, but a 6 day trial. I may be going off on a tangent, but that just feels a little bit scammy? And you can’t do anything else. The first screen of the app is just asking for a subscription. If you want money, just charge people for the app. If the app would cost too much based on your prices, maybe rethink how much you are charging people to play back sheet music.

January 27, 2025 If only you knew how different and great Sheet Music Scanner is, you’d already have it in your app collection. I have used this app for years. I scanned music from music books that I had purchased years ago, when I was trying to teach myself how to play the piano. I had to stop myself for a while because of family obligations, but I enjoyed adding the music I scanned into the Sheet Music Scanner and I still have it there now. It’s not difficult, at all, to accomplish this. And when you see the results, you will be amazed. I’m so happy to have this app. Thank you from my ♥️

Why is “swing Rhythm” in place of the “single voice and multiple voice” choice?? I REALLY NEED that back so I can practice just the alto line of my songs. I know other people who are frustrated with this change also because it makes the app unusable. Please contact me and let me know it’s been changed. I generally LOVE THIS app!

The scan works well from the songs I hoped to convert. I then export the midi to Music Studio and arrange them to preference.

I scanned a song with 3 voices and 75 measures, then saved it as a .xml file. When I opened it with the Dorico Scoring Software app, it had been converted to 5-voices, with 155 measures. What can I do to improve the Sheet Music Scanner interpretation of the song? When I originally played the song back, there were many sections where the Lyric measures were separated from the Piano and Bass measures. One issue with the piece I was scanning is that the first line is only the Treble and Bass lines of music, as it is the introduction without lyrics.
