I had five star on here but due to my current situation with Shien I would have to change it to one star. I recently placed one order on Shien, unfortunately my package was stolen from my mail room. I made a police report sent the evidence to Shien and asked if they would be able to RESEND the items that were stolen from me again. They keep saying no due to the fact that it was delivered. I feel that it’s unfair due to the fact that Shien had sent out 3 packages for this ONE ORDER and the last one was unfortunately stolen. Not even that, it was the majority of my order the two other packages had only one item in them and this last package(that was stolen) had the rest of my EIGHT ITEMS in it. I feel like if they had sent the package all together this probably would have never happened. The fact that the package was stolen is obviously not their fault but because they sent 3 different packages for one order I feel that they are somewhat accountable. With all the people buying from them why can’t they resend the items I purchased? This is so unfair. I will not stop until I get something.

I love the clothes and accessories but I’d be nicer if YALL included pics of people w a slimmer body since not everyone has a watermelon sized behind ya know. I’d help a little bit more just saying

The reviews are not accurate. I absolutely do not like the return policy because you have to pay to return your stuff. It’s not worth paying to return it even if you’re exchanging it is not worth you paying the shipping fees. I’ve never ran into any issues before with the sizing, but I am done shopping on this app

Too expensive men’s pants . In America, sportswear is 200-300% cheaper on Amazon and E-Bay .

It’s not just the tariff and raised prices. The customer service has nose dived, things not showing up CS not caring. The hoops you have to jump to for through for a return are ridiculous. Puppy game is now 70% less rewards,the feeding needle hardly moves so buckle up it will now take a good six months of daily dutiful playing. Even if you spend a fortune trying to get $30 gift card. Where is the fun in that? Lastly, if you get some kind of coupon on your order and need to return anything from it, they remove the entire discount amount from everything on that order. so if returning just one of 8 items, maybe worth $20 you’ll get zero back. Allowing them to sell it for full price to the next sucker.

My package got delivered in the wrong address (the picture didn’t match my address at all) - as a result I did not receive my order. I contacted customer support to resolve and request a refund. The person did nothing and ended the chat on me!!! This is the second time a package is not delivered and nothing is done to resolve it. The first the the value was not worth to bother but this time I wanted my money back. I deleted the app - I lost this money but I guarantee that they lost much more.

I was rally rally disappointed I payed stuff with my hard earn money and it’s says it was delivered it it’s not and I tried contacting a lot but there is customer service or anything and now I am gonna travel without gitting my stuff and that I spend from my hard earned money

Tus paquetes no llegan a tiempo, ya pasaron días y mi paquete tiene que venir asen 2 días. No me a llegado nada y me dice que ya está recibido. SHEIN tiene que ser más responsable con sus paquetes.
