This app is easy to use to clear the clipboard--and you can have it run automatically at login. This is especially useful if you have copied a large amount of text or a huge graphic to the system clipboard. However, except for its ability to clear the system clipboard (which is reason enough to buy and use it), it's not really needed on modern Macs. I have a 2018 MacBook Pro with 32GB of RAM and I can copy at least 148GB of information to the clipboard at one time with absolutely no noticeable slowdown of my system.

This tool is a great help to avoid leaving important information in the clipboard when using the current password management tools that store sensitive information. There are two improvements I’d like to see: - while you supposedly can enable to generate a sound when clipboard is cleared, this didn’t work for me. - I don’t know if it’s technically possible but it would be ideal to have a setting to automatically clear the clipboard once you have pasted the content of the clipboard. Keep up the good work!
