    Chime use to be on point when it came to direct deposits. My payroll use to drop 3 days early right before noon. Now it comes whenever it feels like it. I used to schedule quick pay arrangements off of my direct deposit with Chime faithfully. Now I’ve been let down so many times that I don’t setup anything because Chime will let me down. I’m seriously considering going somewhere else for my direct deposit and just use you guys as an emergency card.

    I love getting my paycheck two days before my coworkers! And the spot me feature is a lifesaver, helping me stretch my budget in time of emergency without penalty of overdrafts.

    Chime (owned by Stride Bank) is really PHONY: Try calling their customer service number. It’s an endless loop of automated prompts, with no way to resolve an issue. You won’t believe that one of the options include ENDING the call, but nowhere allows you to SPEAK to a rep. This shows you the level of CUSTOMER SERVICE they maintain, and how much Chime cares about their customers. RIDICULOUS waste of time. They definitely give you the runaround. STAY AWAY from Chime and Stride Bank. DO NOT DEPOSIT YOUR MONEY WITH THEM. 5 Star Reviews on the App Store are FAKE.

    I like chime to an extent. My only issues are that I’m still waiting for a physical card, and I don’t like having to wait over a week to receive funds from a deposited check. I wish the cards had tap feature for easy and quicker use. And for some reason my pay check goes to my chime credit builder account. Which means I’m transferring all funds between the credit builder account and my actual checking account. I’ve had chime for about 3yrs now. There’s work to be done with Chime but it works well for what it is

    Not a fan of the latest user interface design. It’s feels useful and like a maze trying to get to a simple function that just used to be one button. Keep it simple.

    There are way too many steps to go through to Andrea account with a forgotten password. I believe I have worked for around six months trying to reset this thing. Sometimes it got to be nearly impossible while we give up and come back to it, maybe four or five weeks later and I’m gonna forget this whole thing of this changing phone number thing ever happens again that it’s been way too ridiculous.
