I used to get my photos back in 30 minutes tops. Now im here waiting 7 hours for just one thing to be fixed.

Used to take about as long as 15 to 30 minutes wait to 1 hour at most. But nowadays, it’s at least 4 hours or more. Also, these “pro” editors fix the image and yet there’s still distortion or unevenness in the photo. I have to ask them to redo it most of the time. What has gotten into this app? They are the experts aren’t they? I also paid for this monthly, I’d expect better service for it. If there was a better app, I’d use it instead. I’m very disappointed, SMH. 🙄

The app and who ever gets paid to process the edits had trouble removing red eyes. $0.99 for this simple task and took 2 requests.

Takes too much time to process.

This app literally saved me! I took some cool pics but noticed that lots of useless people are in my photos and my make up isn’t so bad I wanted. I’s trying to download other apps but they didn’t help and yours was the last chance. And it did it! Thanks for this cool app and my adorable pics!

I’ve used the app a handful of times and have always been satisfied with the time it took (acceptable amount of time) plus the outcome was fantastic. This time around the time kept jumping around from 5H to 15H to 12H back up 20H. I contacted support and the AI BOT said I needed to wait until 24 HRS had passed to talk to a live person. Well 24+ hours had passed and all I could do was leave a message on the chat. Got some excuse about being busy and figured as a gesture of good customer service I would get some credits refunded back. The response felt more of a “too bad so sad” with no true apology in the response. I have not been able to find another photo editing place that does such a nice job otherwise I would be long gone and just eat the remaining credits I have. If they improve their customer service responses and have a more accurate (or more realistic finishing time) I’d give 5 stars because I do realize professional work can take time but when it’s bouncing around so unreasonably back and forth, that I have a problem with.

This app used to be great. Tweak a photo a little and it was usually sent back within an hour. Now a photo is taking 4 hours or longer. A photo I submitted today was initially 4 hours and now it says 7. Ridiculous.

I’ve been a member for years and now the waiting time is so ridiculous that don’t even want to use this app anymore. HIRE MORE EDITORS if that’s the reason for the drastic delay!

Very happy with this app. Easy to use and the results look great- very natural. As some mentioned it took a day, but I think that is super reasonable when you think about the price and the quality.
