At the cost of the monthly subscription this app should be easy to use and not show NA every time I (finally) find a card I’m looking for. Do not waste your money on this.

Do not subscribe to Beckett. They will take your money and then the app will show that you don’t have a subscription. One would think that could be fixed easily but their customer service is non existent. This has happened multiple time. Won’t make that mistake again.

App is horribly laid out and good luck unsubscribing

Horrible app, website, and company in general. Continually raising prices but somehow the app and site get worse? Make it make sense. IF, and that’s a big if, the online pricing guide decides to actually work on a given day, it is painfully slow and also inaccurate. I’m done and I’d recommend others look elsewhere as well.

Just downloaded the app and it is stuck on the loading screen

Simple - the app doesn’t work. Wouldn’t accept login info no matter how many times I tried. Customer service is similarly useless. Avoid this company - sooner or later you’re going to end up unhappy.

My son wanted to see the value of his cards, which he can’t do without a subscription.

Limits searches for $15. What’s the point? Subscription ends and you renew a week later and your searches are still used up. Should renew. Beckett has fallen off a cliff. This will be my last month of it doesn’t change. Loyal since the 80s. Grow up scammers

Beckett seriously needs to take a good look at its self and upgrade to a PSA level. Your site stinks and so does your app. It’s third rate. It’s embarrassing. I love you guys but you really need to step it up. You were and should be the OG’s of the grading world. Change out whoever is saying you can’t and go with people who have a track record of doing. You can do it ! Get some designers and engineers involved and get busy. You look and feel dated. Reinvest in your selves. We all want an alternative to PSA. Your grading with the .5’s are saving your behind. Get busy my friends.

I am unable to use my subscription. Every time I try to look at specific cards it tells me to subscribe for pricing! I have paid and still nothing!
