The app would be great if it ever worked when you needed it. I often open the app and the screen turns white and it takes many minutes and several restarts to open properly. I spend so much time standing waiting for the app to open while others wait to engage in communication.

Paid $19.99 for annual subscription and all I get is constant ringing in my blue tooth earphones. Very poor translation capabilities and I’m disappointed

makes me pay when all I need is to speak a different language in communicate with others when traveling I think that this is inappropriate for a simple communication. It should not be eight dollars a month.
