    It’s an awful spam of messages, but can’t get actually important notifications (like about scheduling jobs) separately to the phone or email.

    It’s worthless if you don’t have data or Wi-Fi so forget it if you are on the road and don’t have service. The app won’t work and you have no access to any of the data or customer base profiles. The app becomes unreliable, unusable and pointless if you don’t have data service. And sometimes you have to reset the app manually to see calls from dispatch.

    We use this for garage doors. We love how customizable everything is to our needs. The platform is VERY user friendly. My only rub is that you cannot lookup customers by their job number on the app. I will change my 4 stars to five the day I am able to this.

    This invoice maker is trash, it is not designed for janitorial companies or window cleaning companies. It designed for construction companies, HVAC companies companies that are in construction. I highly recommend to not use this app if you do cleaning.

    Im being generous giving this app a 1 star review. I should give no stars, but unfortunately that is not an option. Every improvement done to this app only makes it worse. The auto populate is terrible. You need to be precise when entering a customers name because it won’t auto populate and give you options. I used to be able to find price items in the more option of the app which is located at the bottom right of the screen and now it’s been updated to where I can only find pricing items when I’m in a customers file. Before I did not need to enter a customers file for price items. This has been the most recent failure of this app. Even looking for certain items in our price list is annoying. Multiple items appear when entering an item in the search bar, but the items can not be seen because the keyboard on the screen is covering all of the items displayed and there is no way to remove the keyboard from the screen. I drag my finger across the the screen to remove it, but that does not do anything to remove the keyboard from the screen. There are many more annoying reasons to hate this app, but they are to many to list and only getting more annoyed talking about this app. It’s painful enough already because I need to use this app everyday I work. Everyone else that is is giving this app 4 or more stars are only being nice. I wanted to laugh and tell a customer how horrible this app is when she told me she knows the people that created this app. But that would not be good for my bosses customer relationship. Overall not the best app.

    Wonderful mobile application that expidites everything from taking the call to finishing the ticket. Only issue I currently encounter is the inability to upload service manuals that exceed 5MB. If this feature were expanded to 10MB, we would have the ability to upload most manuals and PDF's.
