    For all the boasting that they employ so many IT resources. The app is just horrible. I wish they would bring back whole episodes back to Apple podcasts

    I’ll start by saying I’m a big consumer of Ramsey personality content. From many podcasts, video, social channels and reading their books. I really value their principles and ideas. When they started pushing users to this app for the complete 3 hour Ramsey podcast, I thought no big deal. But I really dislike using their app to listen to the podcast! It doesn’t keep track of your listening progress, or which episodes you’ve already listened to. So I end up having to click through episode after episode to find where I last left off. I like how Apple Podcasts app shows me a preview of the episode (who the hosts are) so I can distinguish as all the titles sound the same after years of listening. It defaults to video which is annoying when I jump in the car and want to quickly click on a podcast to listen. Also, I often find there is a disconnect between extern devices’ control buttons (my car Bluetooth, my Apple Watch) as they won’t play, pause, skip/rewind when listening in the app and I have to open the app to control it. If you’re going to force people to use the app to consume your content, please do better Ramsey!

    The app itself is good & I’ve not had a problem until this weekend. I purchased an audiobook but did not receive it in my library on the app. No reply from the support team on this issue.

    It’s basically videos of all their podcast. I wish they have the links of information and knowledge that they have on the website easily assessable on the app

    Happy to stream my Ramsey audio books through this app but can a brother get a CarPlay app for where I do most of my listening? I’d be forever grateful.

    It’s a great app to listen to all the podcasts from Ramsey Solutions. A note to the developers: the skip button (forward 15 seconds) does not link to Bluetooth radio controls in my car. It would be nice to be able to press the “skip” button in my car radio to skip to the next 15 seconds. Spotify has this feature.

  • Audiobooks Not Downloadable

    Was required to move to this app when the old audiobook app was discontinued. Because I normally listen to audiobooks off line (i.e. when flying , etc) this app is useless. The audiobooks are not able to be downloaded, and just to login to the app requires access to the internet. It was a waste of my money to buy any books directly from Ramsey Solutions as I cannot even listen to them when I have time to do so. If I buy any additional audiobooks it will be through another source where I can actually listen the books. Now I know why the audiobooks through the company are so highly discounted. They are not easy to listen to. :(. If the app ever gets fixed then I will change my rating.

    This Ramsey network is Horrible.. especially combining with audiobook.. I am having trouble listening to this on train and first book I purchased was great.. but I bought 2 recently and 80% of train ride it’s looking for connection… I live in NYC… please have audiobooks downloaded into whatever file so it doesn’t need connection to play….
