Unfortunately the app that cost me $80 is still not performing up to my expectations I would like to formally request a refund. I will consider resubscribing at a later date

I like that I can create rules for activities so I don’t have to maintain every transaction that doesn’t pull in the way I want it to via the auto connection. But all the View All buttons go to the same list of recent activities. I would like to see all my categories when I click View All in the Top Categories box. Or when I click View All in cash flow or spending maybe see a trend over time. In summary I want to view more than just transactions when I click the various view all buttons. I’d also love to see something that calculates how close you are to having the right amount of reserves or retirement based on age calculations if you are able to link retirement accounts. Finally, do you plan to build in your financial score into the app? Just some feedback with a few ideas. Carry on!

Did like it, however my cash tips that I receive daily go right into my account via atm every day and the app would not let me track that as income which threw all my budgeting off

The app is helpful for tracking and keeping you to a budget but it’s extremely buggy and every few days my accounts get disconnected so the tracking is delayed. If they fix the tracking issue and have someone actually replying to people asking for help on the community page it would be 5 stars.

I want to use this so badly, but my banking will not connect with this app. I’ve used other budget/banking apps that also use Plaid as their account syncing system and have had no problem. I’ve tried multiple ways and multiple times over the last month with no success. If that were fixed, I’d 100% use this.

I can’t believe you rebranded the app and sent out an update for ANOTHER payment tier but can’t fix reported issues! PLEASE READ the community forum! People are reporting the same issue of not having their accounts updated. My transactions haven’t updated since 05/22. Why are you ignoring your customers? I haven’t received any communication regarding an ETA on a fix nor the status of cookbooks. I’ve emailed at least twice and I’ve got nothing back. This is a PAID service that you advertise in your YouTube videos! I’ve paid the yearly subscription fee and haven’t received the founder’s notebooks nor cookbook. I’m frustrated that this is happening. I was better off doing things by hand. UPDATE: My community post on my syncing issue was DELETED. It seems anything that’s negative ends up in the trash bin. Do better.

I do enjoy that I can make a budget and it’ll automatically know what’s taken out, however, not every account is able to connect, which is a huge bummer

The size does not fit the phone screen it is blown up and huge makes the app unusable

I feel like this app could be SO helpful but it’s just not very user friendly yet. The “rules” you make rarely actually work and it won’t let me unlink one of my bank accounts so I decided to start over and deleted my entire account but somehow my bank accounts are still linked??

Love the app, love that it’s free, that makes it so accessible. It would be even better if you could drill down into anything on the overview dashboard. I don’t want the “View All” button to take me to the full unfiltered list of transactions, I want it to expand the widget so I can see more information about the data in the category or area of the overview.
