The app was often unresponsive and unavailable. WiFi on the ship was erratic and expensive. Not dependable.

We went with 20 people on the cruise so the capability to communicate was important . We brought walkie talkies but you can’t bring them on the ship . The app wouldn’t work on 5 of the phones . After a day and a half guest services were able to fix it so we could all have the app . However , it would go in and out and that was very frustrating. Also this is time for family connections and memories to be made. We wanted it to be zero technology on the trip and as long as they had to use an app there was no way of leaving the phones in the room . Concept of the app great but actual use of the app is disappointing. The Cruise however was delightful:)

it was mostly good except some of the messages didnt always go through and caused confusion and didnt allow us to communicate the whole trip

The app is great but I wish we can download photos from the app rather than going to the website. Especially on the iPhone you have to save photos one by one from the website. Having 100 plus photos it’s a tedious task. Please fix that.

The app helps keep track of how long until it, and has things you could buy and lets you make a schedule for your time and tells you where to go to do something on the ship🛳️

The app gave my acc the wrong birth day so I couldn’t log in until I took it to guest services

I miss seeing the ship sail the blue water when you click your reservation. Please bring this back… the app is otherwise useful on board for communicating and checking your itinerary

Pretty good app! Four stars though because of its one flaw: it is super slow and sometimes will just not load. Really cute and fun though. Love the custom emojis!
