These are based on the sheer cost of the app. Way too expensive. So expensive I didn’t even want to try the test version. Why bother when there are free ones out there like homewyse.com

About two weeks ago, I set up a plan and started doing estimates and it seems like Friday was the last day I was able to look at them. I thought maybe the app was down. Now I cannot get back into my old account which I was only paying $19 for so that means my estimates are not available. Even the ones I sent to myself which becomes a problem because I had some that were accepted already. I believe either Saturday or Sunday I tried out the AI receptionist and then canceled that with that have anything to do with it? Maybe it canceled out the whole thing? I have reestablished a new account for the $29 rate, but I still don’t have my old estimates that I had. I really like the app and I think it’s very efficient and great so I’d love to give it a five star review however when I try to put in a request for help, the request won’t go through either .

The image scan seems like a gimmick. And the explanation to estimate can be done on any free LLM like ChatGPT. Also, your advertising is disingenuous being that it makes it seem like all you have to do is take a picture with a one line explanation and the estimate appears. This is not even close to being the case.

I have a small construction company, and this app helps me a lot with my estimates. Sometimes, I can give my clients an in-person estimate with this app. It makes my estimate quick; it just needs more updates, but it still helps with the numbers and shows decent prices. Almost all of my estimates have been accepted i hop you guys keep make updates in the app

Can’t get past the set up. It’s just stuck saying let’s estimate remodeling kitchen with granite countertop. I’ll check back in a few weeks. See if it’s still stuck.. This would be a great tool if it worked as I can fix anything in a house. I just don’t really know how to estimate the work. I seem to give too good deals. Please get this app fixed. I’d like to try it out.

This app has made my job so much easier

Would not ever use this, total scam of an app. Not even remotely accurate, no matter what details you put in. Very unhelpful and major waste of time. Trust your gut on bids, reach out to other contractors, do anything but use this app.
