    This app screams scam! Saw a bunch of ads on social media and signed up for it. Paid $9.99 for a month, downloaded the app and the only way I can even see any of the lessons was if more subscriptions were bought. Every two seconds a new “ we have a gift for you “ ad pops up! Sheesh.. it’s not user friendly! And i’d definitely like my money back.

    App claims they will send you a reminder email before the free trial is up...that email never came, resulting in being charged for a subscription I didn't want. Now I get to wait on a refund request. And yes, I checked my spam folder, no email was found. As for the content itself, it's extremely basic, and maybe I was just in the wrong module, but all the examples were focused on work communication, and no personal communication examples were presented. Lastly, the conversational "practice" exercises drop you into a text message interface, but it's still multiple choice...you don't get to type out anything. Despite your answers being ready in advance, the "responses" from the system play a little loading animation, as if the person was typing out a reply, resulting in a wait time of 1-2 seconds. I bet the that decision was made to "simulate" that you were actually texting someone, but, to me, it makes the app feel slow and clunky as all those seconds add up.

    I wanted to get a free trial with this app and see what it was about before purchasing. I thought I chose that option but the developer says I chose to pay in full for the annual membership. Confused, I contacted them because not only did they take money I wasn’t expecting to pay - they took more than the membership was supposed to be. The agent said there was nothing they could do and to contact Apple. Apple denied my refund as a final resolution. It’s pretty pathetic that there was “nothing” they could do except take customers money. SCAM!!! I do not recommend.
