This app used to be somewhat decent a few years ago when you could see who likes you, match, and chat without shelling out a dime. Now, the only thing you can do without paying is view profiles in discover. I don’t pay for *any* dating app on principle, and there are certainly better options out there that give you a fair share of features for free like Hinge. Also, this app never really explains to you how the “beans” currency works or how you can redeem them. Don’t waste your time with this nonsense.

I passed girls that I see again and again. Maybe they don’t have new members? Just paid and I’m regretting now

The app just tries to get you to spend money to improve your chances of a match cause using it as a free user gets you nowhere

Is it normal to get 0 swipe after months and months?

Customer Service is nonexistent. After a few hours since the subscription, I realized I didn’t want this app so I deleted my account and went to their website for instructions on refunds. They will tell you to get your refund via Apple if iOS user so I did. Apple said this purchase was ineligible for refund. So I reached out to CMB via email. They tell me the same instructions to go via Apple. I told CMB that I already tried twice and both times it was ineligible and since the refund was within 72 hours of purchase, CMB has to provide me the refund. But even after my weekly email follow-ups, they are unresponsive. Absolutely no professionalism or respect for their users. If I can give it 0 stars I would. And not to mention the tacky and outdated user interface.

Trash the app is trash circa 2015. Matches are worse. They just keep recycling the same profiles.. what a waste

Not even one viable option. It proposes the most incompatible matches in the daily suggestions, just a horrible app.
