Been trying to cancel this and it won’t let you cancel the subscription

Good shows that’s why I gave 2 🌟but it’s too high for the shortest scenes and don’t offer free daily episodes nor enough bonuses to earn coins. So far this is the only one that is so frugal with their bonuses. No buẽno!!

Spent time watching adds for few seconds of the drama. Too expensive for some many chapters.

Good stories but too much $ to buy time and few ways to earn points.

Loved these short dramas. I can watch at least two a day.

Your app makes people pay too much money for these small videos that don’t last long

I feel like the content is good but you can barely watch any of it without paying for it. Even doing the free coins for the day, gets me less than a minute to watch.

Over priced, difficult to cancel.

I subscribed to drama shorts. I had canceled my subscription on my Apple subscription on May 12, 2025. I continue to be built for this for a full month. On June 19, 2025 I contacted the company. They assured me that they had canceled my subscription for me. They assured I would not be billed anymore as of today, June 25, 2025 money was just taken out of my account once again. I sent an email to the customer who assured me my account had been canceled. I informed them I had canceled my account and had a prior email from them guaranteeing the subscription has been canceled, and yet there was a charge. I requested a phone call and left my phone number. They have not called. I also request requested. They provide me with a customer service phone number where I can talk with someone. They have not sent that information. As of this time, I have continued to be charged six additional charges. Have been assured on two occasions my account is canceled and yet money has been taken out. Customer service is impossible to get in touch with anyone. It is a scam! If I could give them zero stars, I would.

I can only see about 10 or 11 chapters and then it stalls ! Please CANCEL - I DO NOT WANT THIS IF IT ONLY SHOWS10 or 11 chapters!!
