Cause I have on the app I cannot even use my phone or I keep on saying invalid phone number. even though is the phone number that I’ve used for everything for the past 10 years. but anyway, so I said I was playing with a low versatility and no carousels for my pictures in my products i.e. when I’m on video call only allowed one picture I just found that it was not very curated well.

This app is sooo frustrating there is NO customer service & trying to make an account is a literal pain the app & website are both uselesss

It makes everything so easy. The only complaint that I have is how long it takes for cashouts to happen. I understand that is probably Stripe’s fault. But then again here lately the cashouts happen the same day. But other than that, Stan Store is incredible.

I can’t even get into the app because it says I need to a valid phone number but I have lived in the US for my whole life and my phone number is valid it just wont accept it.

First off, Stan store has literally been a game changer for me making sells. I used to use Shopify and I was struggling to keep my website up to date & get sales. Stan makes it so easy to create and sell products. The simpler your sales process is, the more sells you’ll get - promise!
The app is great, however I occasionally have customers asking me to send the product again since they didn’t receive the email confirmation with the download.. I’m not sure if that’s a Stan issue or a customer issue.. the only way I can get the email successfully over to them is to resent it to them via their purchase info “resend product email” button. Which is NOT on the mobile version.. I can’t always access my computer in a timely manner to get the product to my customers asap.. so it would be very helpful if that option was added on the mobile app.
