Although conceptually I knew I needed to consume more protein & fewer carbs, nothing helped me make that happen but this app. I’m now the lightest I’ve been in 5 years. Eato and the good data it gives me is critical.
  • It’s worthless tbh

Did not disclose the fact that you had to pay to track the calories by photo and when you write the log it expects you to know the full calorie count even though that is what the app is for.
  • Nice idea

The AI isn’t very accurate especially when counting carbs. I end up entering most things manually. The app doesn’t sync between iPhone and iPad which is annoying

I mean everything is good overall but the only bad thing about this app is that it asks you to subscribe to it just to log your food !!

This is very helpful and motivating! It makes diets less like a chore and more like a game. Also makes them more effective. Even without premium it is very helpful! Also this app connects to Apple Health making it even easier

I hate that their are limited workouts available. You should be able to add or Eato add. I’m trying for a show and cannot add the different workouts that I require.

If you don’t like pop -ups skip this app. You can’t even try it without spending 15 mins in pop up questions . No thanks

BUGS: 1. One of the questions asked “how many meals per day do you eat” and I selected 2 meals per day but at the end, it still generated a breakfast, lunch, dinner meals for nutrition. 2. If you switch your meal plans in Profile settings, it does not care for your calorie limitation count! Switched from low carb to Paleo and the calorie counts from the meal plans exceeded the original recommendation by a lot! ENHANCEMENT requests: 1. There is no option to check and modify how many meals you want generated for you per day currently. 2. Also, no option for folks that only eat 1 meal per day either. 3. No option to redo the type of diet question either (like, no seafood, no dairy, no tree nuts, etc)
