    Excellent app! I’m enjoying the structured program. I like getting cues from the instructor without a lot of unnecessary chatter. I also like being able to use my own music and swap the exercises if needed. It would be great if they can add the ability to add exercises to the instructor led programs and write notes.

    Maybe because this is my first time using it, but I just don’t understand why there needs to be a separate app. I also don’t like that it uses a computer voice to narrate. Like they have so many instructors, it’s annoying to have a Siri sounding voice interrupt your music to tell you what your next move is.

    Fair. Meant for beginners IMO. Clunky. I didn’t enjoy the app. Have to change each and every rep for each workout if you don’t want the default number. Wasn’t for me

    This is exactly what Peloton was missing!!! I have never seen a strength app where you are able to work within existing programs or customize your own. Also the AI feature where it spits out a custom workout for you in seconds is amazing. Looking forward to using this more.
