The Cantonese both in CN and HK is not actually Cantonese. It’s Mandarin. Is there a way to correct this to Cantonese voice?

I purchased the weekly subscription and the app stopped working so I assumed I had to renew my purchase which led me to get the annual subscription. However, it is still not working and the only thing not working in the help center happens to be the only thing that could help me with this.
