I understand you need to make money and have no problem with that. BUT YOU SAYING IS FREE. AND IT IS NOT. do I need to say more ? Are we this stupid for real !!!

Update 05/07/2025: The company, in their reply below, requested I email them directly for assistance at the provided address. I did email them, and I explained why I was emailing. I waited two weeks for a response, and this is what the CS agent said: “Why are you emailing?” I explained the situation again, hit send, only to find their mailbox is now full, so they are unreachable. The replies they post here are not to provide actual help, but rather to try and make themselves look good. This is truly a scam, and I will be reporting them. Please beware and select a different remote. This is one of those times you wish zero stars was an option. I was promised a free, three day trial, before being charged an annual fee. I downloaded the app, found it didn’t work, went to cancel, and discovered I had already been charged. No refund offered.

App just like every other controller app, you’re better off buying an actual remote

I think it’s really stupid to have a remote control app that you need to have a remote for. Like you cannot connect the phone remote to the tv without clicking confirm on the tv with the actual remote. But I don’t think the people who made these apps realized that we wouldn’t be downloading or using these apps if we had/could use our own remote. It’s annoying all the way around.

I was very disappointed to find out that this is a subscription service. I swear to god they’ll make anything into a subscription nowadays. And $7/mo? Seriously? What a waste of time.

I signed up for a free trial about an hour ago and was charged 39 dollars. that is outrageous.

I’m in for the night on a Friday and I realized my dog chewed up my Roku remote beyond repair. I found this app and immediately connected to my TV and was able to use it just like I do with the remote!! Amazing!
