Tried to approve a web filter for my kids through the app and selected one of the options on accident to self select block websites. I want to go back but I can’t. Access with this through the app would be helpful

I try to open the app and as soon as it opens it goes to a black screen and I’m unable to do anything I have deleted and reinstalled the app and still nothing

Not out at all. There are thousands of trash applications that install onto this tablet and there is no way to do a bulk uninstall or select a clean install with base apps only. Impossibly time-consuming to be selective about what apps your child has available And support is terrible. Disaster.

Not user friendly

I don’t understand why I can’t manage things on this app. Basically useless.

I have turned off store and in-app purchases but my kid still can buy the games and charge my credit card.

I swear this is so complicated… my child can’t play her game it says it needs updated and it’s blocked and I can’t figure out how to do that… there have been so many things I can’t do… I wish I could wipe all the settings and start over!

This app is not really user friendly when I need to add an app to be able to communicate with my child when he is not with me.

Why can’t I delete apps my child has downloaded to make room for different apps? Frustrated mom.
