This really helps me to quiet my mind and fall asleep more easily

I did my free trial. And then I canceled my subscription. This company continues to try to bill my credit card every day for the yearly fee.

I have tinnitus that keeps me feeling anxious even when trying to relax. This app has been a game changer. I am a psychotherapist and have many of my clients get it also! I love that it’s so customizable. Being able to keep it playing even when other apps (like audible) are playing is the primary reason I buy the person membership. I’m not someone who buys lots of subscriptions but, this one is worth it.

I did not like the app. I tried to cancel it during the free period and I got billed anyway. Be careful about the free trial.

I cannot recommend this enough for the sleep section. I have found more than a few of the frequencies that help me to fall asleep, SOUNDLY 😉 But seriously, try this out next time you are having trouble sleeping; if you don’t mind having your phone near enough for music, it really does help to calm your mind and relax enough to drift off to sleep. There’s also a fantastic timer system that gently shuts down what you are listening to. 10/10 on the pretty interface, I love the graphics, the beautiful backgrounds, and the descriptions of what you’re listening to.

Beware of their misleading “75% Off” offer if you don’t stay with them after the free trial. They send you an option to renew at 75% off. Do the math. They tell you it’s a great deal - $2.50/month instead of $9.99/month for premium, billed as an annual plan of $29.99 for the year. Ummm an annual premium plan costs $39.99 a year. Last time I checked that’s 25% off, not 75%. They try to mislead you by quoting the month to month price with a big discount but then billing you for a year - which like I said above is really 25% off the annual price. I was considering the offer cause it is a cool app - but once I saw what they were doing I decided not to because I didn’t like the shady advertising.

App is listed as being free. No mention of an app purchases but then after 50 pages of set up questions they say it will require a subscription after a week. This is where you lost me and the app was deleted. Perhaps if you offered some limited features for more than a couple days, you might have more success in attracting customers

I am skeptical about all claims made in ads so I started the free trial. No charge card required. Got comfortable in my den with feet up in my recliner. Chose a Soundscape to induce sleep, closed my eyes and in less than 15 minutes I was sound asleep. I was amazed ! Subscribed 10 minutes later. Use it every night and it works every time. I also use Meditation Soundscapes every morning for 15 minutes to calmly start my day. Also found numerous Soundscapes that work to mask my Tinnitus. Best subscription I own. Highly recommend it. Try the free weeklong subscription yourself

I canceled within the trial period and it is reflected in my subscriptions and they have been trying to charge me for a family plan every day for over a week. This company is a scam. Do not give them your credit card number

A wide variety of high quality sound. Very customizable, and feels seamless. Was an easy decision to let the trial become a subscription. If you enjoy sound for relaxation or sleep, this app is 10/10.
