  • Waste of money

    This app was a big waste of money. I had 13,000 emails and this app only unsubscribed me from a small handful. Almost every time I tried to unsubscribe I got an error message saying it could not unsubscribe. It also only showed me a fraction of the amount of emails I actually have. I wish I would not have purchased this.

    I had an advertisement for this app on instagram. It seemed like a great idea in theory and an easy way to address unwanted emails and I had high hopes. Sadly it doesn't work though. Even after reaching out to support. Half of my subscription emails did not even qualify in the app. Even on the emails it said it unsubscribed me to, they are still coming in. Disappointed and out $20. It sounds like from the other dissatisfied reviews they hassle customers and refuse to give refunds.

    This is disappointingly limited. The ad on Insta implies that is searches for the word unsubscribe and then lets you eliminate and unsubscribe from future emails. It only eliminated a small number - all from marketers that I have never signed up for. BUT is you are looking for a way to get out of all your mailing list (I.e. a church I don’t go to anymore) even if those emails or newsletters have an unsubscribe feature, it DOES NOT WORK. 12k went down to only 10k. Absolutely NOT worth 19.99. If I could get my money back, I would.

    This app does not do what is advertised. I have had a yahoo account for years and it is cluttered with spam so as soon as I saw this app, I was really excited to try it out. I logged into my yahoo account and about 20 or 30 spam. Emails came up for my subscriptions. I clicked on subscribe on every single one of them and half would not allow me to unsubscribe, I also signed up for the premium unlimited membership and continue to get a notice saying that I’ve ran out of credits and I need to re-purchase in order to continue. I also added my Google Gmail account and this one pulled up about 100 subscriptions that I was able to successfully cancel according to the app, however the following day I am still receiving all of the emails from the accounts that I unsubscribed from in both yahoo and Gmail. So even though it says it’s unsubscribing and deleting emails it’s not. I’ve tested this out by unsubscribing and waiting for them to delete and going back and checking in my email and they are still there. I feel like this is a huge scam. I reached out to the company and got a very vague response with no help, I’m not happy.

    This app is a joke!!! It does not work and I wish I could get my money back. I also WISH I would have read the reviews. The ones that say it works must have been paid to say it.

    That works really well. However, I’m not sure that the subscriptions that are appearing are actually emails that I currently subscribe to.

    This app I installed and cancelled immediately being it did not work. I went back to the Unroll Me app, for free, and it works so well. I have been trying to get my money back being I cancelled immediately and uninstalled it from my phone. They refused to refund the $42. I never agreed to an entire year as most apps give a free week to try it out. This is fraud and will reporting to BBB and contacting an attorney. It’s not about the money at this point. I have been denied twice in getting my money back. It is no longer installed, did not work at all in removing unwanted emails as the Unroll me app work. Do not install!!!! I will not give up on getting my money back.
