    I bought the three month program. The day three program is all standing. I am a senior citizen with bad knees! If I could exercise standing, I would not have bought “chair yoga”!! Sadly no refund to be had. False advertising!!!!! Buyer beware!!!!

    I just started yesterday 11/11/24. It was so easy to do! I have so many issues with my hips, back, shoulder, ankle, and knee that any regular workouts are pretty much impossible. I can start them but within hours after doing them, the pain and those locations are just indescribable. I need to move and I need to stay active and starting out my day with this yesterday morning was actually really great. It was 11 minutes in a chair, doing low impact exercises. I woke up this morning. Feeling really good no aches or pains. Then I did my workout. During the workout, I could feel all the muscles start crying because I was moving them again. It was a good feeling to know that even though you don’t feel like you’re working out, it is actually affecting those muscles so I know it works. I am going to come on here as often as I can to keep giving updates on whether or not I lose weight. I’ve always eaten clean and homemade, from scratch food and I will continue doing that. I’m going to try and cut down my portion sizes and really get the ball rolling. I’m going to put two stars in front of each of my posts so if you want to follow along to see if it actually works. Fast forward to one week later. It really hits your muscles!! I didn’t think it would do much, I was so wrong. I feel it everywhere. Especially in my lats. Very sore, but a good sore. I underestimated this workout. I am definitely going to continue. I gained a pound but I’m sure it’s muscle for sure. Not really following a strict diet…just eat right and exercise. I feel really good! I recommend this app for sure.

    Can’t do the elbow to knee. Your model doesn’t have any boobs and is skinny. I have large boobs and not skinny

    I wasn’t sure about this but thought I would give it a shot. The exercises are easy and I can usually find the 15 minutes needed to complete the session. I love the stretches that you do. Of course I would like to lose inches and get stronger but if I can lose the tightness in my neck and loosen my back up I will be more than pleased.
