Wordswag has excluded old users from new features, OTP means we should be grandfathered in to ALL improvements. It’s a trash move to exclude those of us who bought this app in good faith that we would have access to everything from thereon in. Such a garbage move on the developers part to even negate what we originally bought and make it a freebie for new users.

What in the world am I doing writing an app review? I own my own business. I work 12-hour days/6 days a week. Some days, I’m so busy I remember I needed to pee 4 hours after I needed to. I know. TMI. But I’m saying this because I love WordSwag that much. I love that their whole reason for being is to make everything we do in our business beautiful. I’m an OCD, Level 100 perfectionist professional organizer. If I had to make a Comic Sans label, it would be the death of me. That, or folding a fitted sheet. But WordSwag lets me make every single thing I produce stunningly beautiful. And I have an infinite number of choices (you get to roll the dice to change the look of each font based on your specific need). You can also choose different “frames,” different formats for different social media platforms, add your logo, and even invert your color swatches. And the customer service is BAR NONE. I think they have real people there, y’all. And not like the employees in Severance, either. Although if anyone can tell me what the baby goats mean in season 2, episode 3, I’d appreciate it. I have a master’s degree and still don’t understand it. At WordSwag, I think they have real people with real desks who take real 7 minute lunch breaks and who also get right back to you when you report any issues. I’ve only had 2 glitches in the hundred years I’ve been using WordSwag and they were resolved before I could remember I needed to pee an hour ago.

Easy to use, fun and useful!!

I run a small business and manage all my own marketing. This app has been a total game changer. I used to spend hours trying to think up and make social media posts that look decent. This app simplified that whole process! Sometimes I need last minute announcements and things change in real-time and I can quickly change any details I need from my iPhone! I upgraded to PRO and use the ai features and it’s been worth it for my business. Much more affordable and simpler to use than other options out there!

This is the third time I’ve had an issue error . I’ve had this app since the beginning of time I loved the app and always use it often with the recent update. I like that they are saving your projects and you can go back and click on it to edit it with the new picture and everything however, I just noticed that now again after I thought the fixed the issue when I tap on the pm any saves project, or try to click on it, it saysERROR we could not find the image please select new one. please fix this. This is annoying should be an easy fix I don’t want to have to delete this app

Used to be able to save projects to my phone and used to be able to start projects seamlessly. The update is terrible.

This is a very nice app. Easy to use and produces good results. New stuff added fairly regularly. Unfortunately there’s no annual or lifetime subscription and the monthly rate is very expensive

I have been using word swag for many years now and usually I have no issue and today I am having the hardest time with spelling the words out correctly. I have the wording correct in my notes and when I place it in word swag it comes out wrong and off the graphic. What is going on? Please help fix!

Nice App. Even works on my iMac. I would say it almost the best app in the store but I can’t try it fully because you have to pay $5 / month. Please give us a lifetime version. I would pay for it. But I’m not willing to pay monthly!
