    This app has been so helpful! As a mom of three, who’s attempting to improve their health but has little patience and time for tracking and analyzing data, this app has been one of the best I’ve used. Not only does it follow my work outs, food intake, heart rate, and sleep quality but it also evaluates all those metrics together to then suggest how I can optimize my time or improve a specific area of my health. The team behind this app has also been very responsive. Any time I’ve had a question or problem someone responds. I can tell they are looking to create an app that looks holistically at a person and helps anyone- beginner or advanced, on their journey to improve their overall wellbeing.

    Most comprehensive fitness tool I’ve used to date. Really helped me dial in. Highly encourage you to try it if you are tired of how redundant fitness tracking can be. Great built in A.I. feature helps with nutrition, workouts, recovery etc

    This app gives me a fuller picture of what’s going on with my health, and gives me guidance about what to eat, how to work out, and how to recover better. I love that it uses my Apple Watch to get most of the data (for sleep, workouts, steps, etc), and puts together the nutrition so I know what my body needs to support that day’s activities. Logging my food may not be that exciting, but the app has made it a lot easier with the Quick Add feature and nutrition label capture, so I am able to track my macros better (mostly to make sure I get enough protein). I was a part of the Beta test, and I was shocked one morning when my Health app gave me a notification that my heart rate had gone down 10 beats per minute. I looked back, and it totally correlated to when I started using the app. That was amazing!
