Lose money by regenerating model. Customer service is terrible

Paid for the yearly subscription and it requires you pay for “coins” in the app to generate pictures

I recently subscribed to the service, but unfortunately, it’s not allowing me to generate images. For instance, the image I’m trying to create requires 45 points, but I only have 1000 points. The app is persistently prompting me to purchase additional points in order to proceed, which is quite frustrating and disappointing.

The photos are actually great. But the sad thing is, is that you’re paying for “coins” to be able to get ai generated photos. The subscription is pointless if you still have to purchase coins to do anything in the app. What’s the point of the subscription?! Deleted.

You have to pay to try anything

I had canceled this app in Nov 2023. I also deleted it on my phone. I was billed $77 today on March 2024 for this . There is no support or remediation to fix this.

I purchased the pro version but once inside, every project required “more credits” and wanted me to pay additional money on top of the paid subscription. Worse app ever - be up front. Now I’ve wasted what I spent on the subscription and I can’t do anything with it.

You buy a subscription and then you find a token based system which gives you 1000 initial token for your annual cost. Most generated AI category has some redemption process. You can easily exhaust 1000 token in doing 3 to 4 rendering. Good luck as they do not clearly outline the token / subscription process and you cannot get a refund. I haven’t used any and requested refund and it was denied.

To be fair I bought this app specifically for headshot editing and it went horribly wrong. The AI modifies the pictures to the extent that the person in it is no longer recognizable, no matter what prompts you give the AI.

Rip off now! I paid for the package thinking you can make a lot of videos or photos. Wrong. You have coins on all packages and it runs out very quickly and even if the video is horrible you lose the coins. Horrible horrible rip off
