    I got this app to watch the Indiana/Chicago game. There has been so much hype on it on social media. I was so disappointed on May 17th when it said it wasn’t available live. Lesson learned. Do your research on an app before purchasing it. And all the app people will say is something to the nature of: Hello, We are sorry you're not having a good experience with the app. We are working to continuously improve the app and app experience. Thanks, WNBA Product Team Update May 28 It’s the 5th Indiana game and I have yet to see it on this app. The latest, the app wants me subscribe again. I’ve already paid $35 for the year and it still doesn’t let me see the game live.

    Disappointed WNBA continues to choose players to highlight that do not play both ends of court because they are not African American. Likewise these players, their games and stories are shared repeatedly. Sadly their are other players that have amazing stories and play the game the right way but we will never see them highlighted because they don’t fit a mode, this is disappointing and have caused me and my friends to stop watching as much. Don’t want to see the CC show or Beckers show every time I try to watch a game whether they are playing or not, there are other great players. Do better if you want the ratings to grow!

    WNBA needs to add an important feature to their app- a “Watched” button for the games. My household watches EVERY GAME every season via the WNBA app (even when we go to the games live, we still watch the game on the app too! Gives a whole different experience than the live game). SO… with that said… with 44 games to watch, I had to develop my own spreadsheet to track the games we’ve watched and the ones we still have to watch. This would be SO MUCH EASIER and a much BETTER FAN EXPERIENCE to be able to click on a button that lets me know that we’ve watched that game. It used to be that there was an orange line that would appear at the bottom of that specific game showing that it had been watched and that gave us a clue- that line is sometimes there, sometimes not. A WATCHED button would be the best possible addition to the app as this is the MOST FRUSTRATING part of the WNBA app!!! Thank you for your time.

    The same problems occurring year after year. Watching a game and the app stops working. Asking for payment every tine I watch a game, then acknowledging that I have an annual subscription. Watch for 5 minutes and the app stops working.

    App was working fine for a week then I decided to buy league pass and now the app is super glitchy I can’t watch more than 30 seconds of a game. It’s telling me to buy a subscription that I didn’t purchase the subscription even though it says I have the yearly subscription when you look at my profile

    Sound cuts out in every game. When you go out to try to get the sound back you start the game over. No fast forward function except for 10 seconds at a time. Incredibly frustrating. Especially since you can’t watch home games live and if away games happen to be broadcast nationally on another network you can’t watch those live either. Please fix your app. Ugh.

  • Full screen issues

    When watching videos in fullscreen, the screen rotation is way too sensitive. If I slightly adjust the phone while it’s propped up in landscape mode, it often flips back to portrait, even when I don’t want it to. It makes casual viewing frustrating. Would be great if there were a way to reduce the sensitivity or lock the orientation more reliably in fullscreen mode. It definitely seems more sensitive when compared to other apps.
