I got a new phone, now the app won’t work. I’ve got in touch with support many times but it still doesn’t work.

Cant buy a trail. Cobtrail. Why? No idea.

I have relied on this app for years for my long distance hikes but it no longer works. Constant freezing and unable to load maps/comments. Really disappointed. Looks like other users have had the same issues for at least a couple weeks and there is still no fix. Ya’ll should revert to the last working version of the app while you fix the issues with the update.

This app was great but now all of the comments are gone. The comments are one of the best features. Seems like the app has gone downhill.

The new update no longer recognizes many former purchases. If you purchased sections of trails they can be lost without compensation.

Latest update freezes, will open but that’s it.

Since the update it is showing there are no comments even when there are. I haven’t selected any of the sub categories and it still shows no comments. I love everything else though it’s amazing

Not impressed with this new update. Makes it a lot harder to find comments…

I used farout for a thru hike of the AT and it was amazing. Easy to use with helpful comments about water, shuttles, lost items, and trail conditions. This recent update has left the app in bad shape. It is slow to respond and freezes. Recent comments are missing from waypoints. With no way to label your own comment it appears comment labels are AI generated? NO ONE WANTS AI IN OUR HIKING APP. The idea is fine, unnecessary but fine. The execution is really bad. I hope they fix this before I head out on my next hike in a couple weeks. This was a great resource that is now unreliable, I’m very disappointed. Make sure you have backup navigation!

Just ran the latest update and it keeps freezing after I open it. Maybe other uses are experiencing the same ? Other than that this has been an amazing app helpful/useful and user friendly
