App. Doesn’t work

I paid for a year subscription after 2 months app doesn’t work at all I have a message “your data is being deleted” I sent the email with screenshots to Gaana support but absolutely no reply or no support. Now I feel it’s all scam to pay and app doesn’t even work. I paid just to listen Riya’s Retro. Very frustrated.

I have attempted to use this app several times and have always been disappointed. How could any music or podcast app not resume media from the point it was last stopped? The content appears to be nice but the experience is poor

I was fed up with iTunes so I thought I gave this a try,download it last month and activate it for a year for $40 since then I been charged three times already and no customer service available to speak and also it needs a lots of work….
My sub. Ends only in August, 2025, however my service is cut.

I subscribed from I tunes. But still it is not subscribed and money got deducted from the account. The customer service is very poor. They don't have live agent .
