How long is it going to be until this app is updated and fixed up, with all sorts of new music and songs? Please I need to know what date it will be happening, I’m desperate to know, this app needs to keep getting more as time keeps coming. This waiting can’t keep going on forever cause otherwise it’s just gonna be a pain for waiting too long.

The new album by Selena Gomez is not on here and I’m not understanding why it isn’t

So it is not that bad. I love it and it has a lot of song. I’ve tried other music apps and they don’t give all the songs I want. I don’t really like that you have to pay to listen to 1 song only like you have to pay to 1 SONG! But it’s good.

You used to get music right away, now in some cases not at all. I’ve been with you since the beginning. I can’t believe I’m considering canceling. The new Lady Gaga album! All the streaming services had on the Friday it came out. You still don’t have it. The new Dolly Parton and Morgan Wallen songs you still don’t have. What’s going on??? I really don’t want to switch!

I’ve had this service for over 13 years and it was great. However recently it’s changed. When you search for an artist, it does not come up. And it’s becoming really frustrating to navigate through it. So hopefully they will fix it but in a couple of weeks, I might be going to Spotify if this is not fixed. simple things like Post Malone comes up artist not found. I don’t think I would recommend this app or service until they fix it.

This app used to be good when it was rhapsody the app keeps crashing and won’t work most of the time can’t never play my music seems like I’m wasting money at this point if it’s wasn’t for my playlist I would of been switched to Apple Music or something else

i have to say i like the app but i have a major problem, its missing a lot of songs and doesn’t seem to update them either. songs from 2024 are still not in the app.

It was working just fine until one day it just stopped showing 1800 songs from my playlist and I can’t seem to get them back. The ones that do actually remain on my playlist are all duplicated. Ugh! Guess I’ll have to switch apps to listen to my music on.

I’ve been a user since it was called Rhapsody. Back then I really loved it, but it feels like the app and service has been on a long slow downhill slide since then. The music library feature has been broken for me for months now, and support hasn’t really been able to offer any suggestions aside from rebooting my phone and reinstalling the app, neither of which resolves the issue. Search and navigation get less functional with every UI update. Music suggestions seem to no longer even try to personalize and instead seem to just recommend top 40 hits. The “curated” playlists haven’t seen any changes in years. And then the kicker is that, apparently like many others, I have been locked out of the app due to login issues for a while now. At this point I’ve really got to wonder, am I paying for music, or just headaches?
