  • Bus 29N, Bus 29G- Lawson the bus driver

As tourists in the Alexandra/Washington DC area, we were testing out routes to get to sites. We hoped on Bus 29N first and met a wonderful driver. He was friendly and helped us navigate your system. The next day we were trying another route, 29G, and low and behold the driver was the sane as the day before. His name is Lawson. He needs to be commended for his friendliness and helpfulness. He is an ambassador fir your Metro system.
  • Ok, but lacks some obvious features

Great, but rather basic app. Pros: allows you to set favorites without subscription, pulls up-to-date next train and metro alert info from the wmata system in a much better format than the wmata website, includes map and multiple transit systems/modes Cons: no ability to set up notifications about favorite stations/lines or the alerts pertaining to them; the launch page setting does not work, so you’re stuck having to spend time navigating when you enter the app each time, the subscription option literally removes ads and nothing else… there don’t seem to be any additional features gained. Summary: probably won’t renew subscription since the (lack of) app features make it less useful than it could be.
  • Find another ad solution

This is hands down the most abysmal experience I have ever had with ads while trying to use any kind of free app.

Deleted the app immediately because there were ads every click
  • Not good for much

Absolutely loaded with tons of advertisements that take up the whole screen, and then trick you into thinking you’re exiting out of them with takes you to Temu. Once you get out of there pretty much all there is is a metro map
  • Just ads, non-functional

The app doesn't load any metro stations. Search function doesn't work, the whole app seems like endless apps with absolutely zero usable info. Repeated "free trail offers", so maybe with a paid subscription it might work but I'm absolutely not giving them a dime for this.
  • Useless in so many ways

when you check on your train station, it shows you the next train is arriving, but not which direction it’s going. Like WHAT IS THE POINT
  • Lots of a little bugs, but perfect when it’s working right

I have to delete this app almost monthly because the times stop showing at the station, the colors of the station names are the wrong one or nothing shows up at all when I click into the stations. If the glitches were fixed, I would have zero complaints.
  • Ads make this app unusable

If you want to do anything on this app, you have to watch a 10-second video ad that interrupts your music. Total pain in the butt if you’re trying to commute, and trying to figure out a new route is so stressful.
  • Ads Ruined the App

This app is overwhelmed with ads, making it frustrating to use. Every time you click to check the bus or metro schedule, you’re forced to watch an ad—not just once when opening the app, but every single time you click. This completely defeats the purpose of quickly checking schedules while on the go. Once you get past the ads, the app works fine, but the constant interruptions make it inconvenient
